A body of work in conversation.

A gallery looks for a visual language, its continuity and the questions it opens. In Claudio Viarengo’s work, the human figure meets landscape, and photography sometimes approaches painting.

From series to exhibition

From series to exhibition

The body is central to his collaboration with Alina Rosu, where photography meets painting on skin. Abstract images and the movement of ICM open another direction. Reading these collections together brings affinities and differences into view, offering a basis for a conversation about an exhibition.

Introducing an artist means giving viewers time to recognise a language. One photograph may begin the encounter, but relationships between works often deepen it. Transitions between figure, gesture and abstraction raise questions about what an image shows and what it leaves to the imagination.

A gallery proposal may grow from a single series or from a conversation between different groups of works. In either case, a clear question gives the selection direction. The website allows an initial reading; a discussion with the artist can then explore the works, their placement and the purpose of the presentation. A project develops through that mutual understanding.

To propose a gallery project or a meeting, write to the artist with the focus of your programme and the exhibition context.
